It’s a Syracuse Winterfest and family favorite and a wonderful way to bring families together for a great day of entertainment at a great value, while helping out the local community. The Karnival welcomes The Facepaint Lady and Carl the Balloon Artist. There will be games of various skill levels with prizes to be won. Activity prices from $.50 to $5. Snacks available for purchase.
