 Saturday, February 21st:
Hazard Branch, 10:30am; Animal ABCs At the Library – Children under age 5 and
their parents or caregivers are invited to join Rosamond Gifford Zoo staff at the
library for a story and to see a zoo animal up close! Food and drink will be provided
as well as take-away prizes. Info: 435-5326.
Central Library, 1pm – 3pm; Caricatures with J.P. Crangle – See how caricatures are
drawn and bring home your very own!
Central Library, 2pm – 4pm; Music with Donna B. – Enjoy a lively sing-along and be
sure to stay and have your face painted.
Beauchamp Branch, 2:30pm – 4:30pm; Family Movie – “The Gabby Douglas Story”
(86 minutes) How Gabby Douglas became the first African American to win gold in the
individual all-around event.
Betts Branch, 2pm; Winter Break Movie- “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2”
(Rated PG)- Flint Lockwood must save the day when his invention malfunctions, giving
rise to food-animal creatures that overtake Swallow Falls.
