We are pleased to announce the 1st Annual Miss Syracuse Winterfest 2018 pageant. We are looking for 20 positive and energetic contestants and the winner of Miss Syracuse Winterfest 2018 to represent the spirit of winter in CNY as ambassador for Syracuse Winterfest festivities (February 15-25).
